กิจกรรม 2) การคัดเลือกวิทยากรที่มีความรู�ความสามารถในการถ�ายทอดประสบการณ�ที่<br />
ดีและมีประสบการณ�จริงในการดูแลเด็กเล็ก ทําให�เข�าใจสภาพป�ญหาและความต�องการ<br />
ของผู�เรียน<br />
จึงสามารถเข�าถึงจิตใจของผู�เรียน<br />
3) การเลือกใช�รูปแบบกิจกรรมที่<br />
หลากหลายโดยสอดแทรกความสนุกและสาระผ�านการปฏิบัติจริงทําให�ผู�เรียนได�รับ<br />
ข�อคิดที่ดี<br />
สามารถจดจํา และมีความสุขและสนุกในการเรียนรู�ตลอดเวลาที่ร�วมกิจกรรม<br />
และ 4) ผู�บริหารระดับสูงของเทศบาลนครภูเก็ตให�การสนับสนุน<br />

ABSTRACT<br />
The aims of this study were to study the happiness of the teachers in the child<br />
development centers and to study the problems, obstacles, and key success factor of<br />
the <strong>Phuket</strong> Happy child development center project. The sample of the study was 56<br />
teachers from 31 child development centers who attended the course. The instruments<br />
of the study were the Thai happiness indicator evaluation form, the experience notes of<br />
the teachers in the the child development centers, Knowledge Management technique<br />
and After Action Review technique. Descriptive statistic, percentage, means and<br />
content analysis were used to analyze the data.<br />
The results from the study showed that the teachers in the child development<br />
centers of which happier than the average group and those about the average group<br />
were rising from 92.98% to 98.12% and the teachers of which less happy compare<br />
with the average group were decrease from 7.02% to 1.89%. After the 3 courses,<br />
(Teacher camp Program, creative media & stories and creative media & songs)<br />
Teachers were more proud of their career, with more creative thinking, prefer to play<br />
and listen to the schoolchildren and produced various toys.
