So that some experts believe that improved business process and improve thequality of hospital regardless of the opinions and requirements and expectations andsatisfaction of patients is not possible. This study aimed to determine the satisfactionof the nursing services provided in Jamaran heart hospital.Materials and methods: This study was a description-analytic-juncturing paper. Thatis the point in 1390 with a sample size of 100 patients referred to Jamaran hospital thatis choosed by sampling method. The questionnaire was used to collect the comments.All the datas evaluated by using SPSS 17 software in a computer.Results: The results of the study show that 96% of the outpatients were fully satisfiedabout services of the nurses and 90% among of hospitalized patients also expressedsatisfaction and in total,93% of patients had completely satisfaction.Conclusion: The results show that satisfaction with services has been able to attractso many patients.Keywords: Patients’ satisfaction, nursing services, Jamaran hospitalفصلنامه تخصصی بیمارستان قلب جماران / شماره 1230
