In the indictment it reads:
“some sort of attacks were planed by unknown person on unknown objects.”
’In the months before the deed the Austrians Office for State Protection and Counter
Terrorism noticed a massive increase in violence from the left-wing scene in Vienna, which
occurred in the course of several major events. A number of police officers were injured
and some public and private buildings were badly damaged. „
Evidence was never delivered, only written reports were prepared by the authorities as
evidence of an alleged “potential danger” this seemed enough to launch and justify massive
investigations. This refelects in massive repression during several other protetest in
Vienna like demonstrations and sit-ins at Bologna Burns, No-WKR and daddy’s pride Good
night… phones were monitored, people were monitored and undercover police officers
tried to infiltrate those.
Do you still remember Wr. Neustadt?
It is obvious that the omission of § 278 was a response to the outcome of the trial against
13 activists in Wr. Neustadt. The repressive authorities faced a bitter defeat by indicing §
278 at the trail in Wienerneustadt. All those years of investigation and observation led to
acquittals. Thow due to the objection of prosecutors, the trail will go on. During this trial
the current Viennese LVT boss Erich Zwettler made a false statement in court, which sadly
drew no consequences. This officer also plays a central role in the upcoming process.
Dismantle all repressive authorities!
**$278ff: is an Austrian law first introduced in the 1976. To apply this law you will need
a longer-term organization of several people (terrorists), whose goal it is through actions
that are evaluated under the rule of law as prerequisites crimes, especially to achieve political
goals or too reach mature economic influence. The problem with this law is obvious.
It enables law enforcement to survaille, monitore, sue and imprison people only und suspicion
of commiting crimes. Despite other laws you don’t actually have to commite a crime.
Those anti-terror laws are massivley exploited by officials all over the world.
