complemented by proposals:
a) Appeals against a contract are to be obviated by precise agreements;
b) As a precaution, in case of conflict, the competence of a court of arbitration is to
be agreed upon;
c) The fixed purpose of the molasses is to be settled in the purchasing-contract;
d) Appraisable attributes and characteristics are to be expressed unequivocally in
the purchasing-contract.
Regarding the desired shaping of uniform trading conditions for molasses, the clauses
for invert sugar are criticized. Also ideas for the compilation of a catalogue, containing
the relevant characteristics of molasses for the purposes of baker's yeast are given, in
