The new Spanish theme-restaurant of Klaus Staden, who already runs the “Barrio
Alto” Tapas bar in Mainz. The restaurant offers best quality, grilled meat, which
originates from the Dehesa (Extremadura) region of Spain. The free-range cattle
graze 10 years there before being culled.
