Steam desuperheating and -saturating
Die kürzesten Verdampfungs- und Mischstrecken und ein
größerer Regelbereich können durch Einsatz von Zweistoffdüsen
erzielt werden, in denen als gasförmiges Treibmittel
Dampf aus einer Schiene mit höherem Druck verwendet wird.
Dieses erfordert durch die zusätzliche Treibdampfleitung, das
Treibdampf-Absperr- bzw. Treibdampf-Regelventil und dessen
elektronische Steuerung einen größeren Aufwand. Bei größeren
Durchmessern der Dampfleitung (etwa ab DN 400) kann die
Treibdampfdüse aus der Rohrmitte zum Rand unter einem
Winkel zur Rohrachse angeordnet werden.

The shortest evaporation and mixing distance and a large
control range can be achieved by using dual media nozzles
in which the gaseous propellant would be steam with higher
pressure. This requires more effort because of the additional
propellant steam pipe and the propellant closing esp. control
valve. At larger diameters of the steam pipe (> DN 400) the
position of the propellant steam nozzle may be moved from
the pipe center to the wall with an angle to the pipe axis.
