In LBOP mode it is possible ts automatically repeat
the playback o{ a certain tape segment oF the
entire tape. Proceed a€ {ollot+s:

At the position where the loop is to gtart, set
the tape counter to zero by pressing the RESET
tl?l key.
Enter thp ending äddres-= of the loop into A-LüC
as described under "Locator function".
Fress the LüüF I?#J key. The green LED above
t.hi= key Lights Ltp; the recorder pnsitions at the
tape acidresa frE.üß.frfr and starts in plav tnode.
hlhen the ending leop address stored in the A-
LOC is reached, the tape rer+inds automatically
and the entire process is repeated until
cancelled.
The LOOP funtrtion can be cancelled by selecting a
tape transtrort function t.l.:r ))r PLAY" STAF) or by
pressing the Z-LüC or A-LOC key. The selected
function will be ei:ecuted itnnediately.
Note:

In PLAY REVERSE mode the direction in which the
tape is reproduced can be reversed with the LOOP
t?#l key. In PLAY mode this l.iey immediately
activates reverse play. in STDF mode it preselects
the reverse play function.
l{hen the play direction is reversed. the signal t]+
chännel 4 is ct]nnpcted to the LINE-OUTFUT f,Hl t69l
and the signal o+ channel 2 is connected to the
LINE-OUTFUT CHS t671. In this way it is possible ttr
reproduce täpes o{ quarter track stereo recorders
in both directions withEut tr-rrning around the taFe.
In this case the left-händ chennei is available on
the LINE AUTPUT CHl t69l! the right-hand channel on
LINE OUTFUT CH3 Tä7].
Note:
The wtrl,, {l-rtter vaLues are not guaranteed in
PLAY REVERSE rnode. Thin tapes should not be
used in this tnode. The record mode is disäbled
in PLAY REVERSE mode. In order to prepare ä
taFe +crr continuoug operation rrith the C274t the
tape mu=t be turned around ä+trr channel= I and
5 have been recorded and a new recording i= to
