Fader start (pin lt Pin 4)
The fader gtart is activated when an AC or DC voltage of any polarity
{rem 10 to 3o v is applied across pins 1 and 4. The machine sr+itche= to
play rnode and subsequently to stop mode i+ no signal is available' If
bIP switch 7 is set, the machine can be switched from play to record
mode (PUNCH IN). The machine remaing in record mode for as long äE the
signal is available.
The internal 24 V suPPlY can be used

U-Timer (pin 3)
The clocP. chip can be supplied externäIly via thig pin' i+ no battery is
available, ALl setup parameter=r the real-time counter content etc. ere

Synchronizer (pin 5)
The capstan motor can be csntrslled externally with a TTL signal (o.5 v)

is önly enabled i{ DIF suritch (]n the back of the operating section is in
the tlN position (re+er to paramPter setup). trlhen the machine ig switched

appears on the di=play t73.
