Robust-Plastik specialises in the manufacture
of plastic parts for the automobile and consumer
electronics industries, as well as of
bottle cases, stackable bins and waste disposal
systems made of plastic. In the fi eld of
toolmaking, Robust-Plastik produces forms
of up to 25 tons using CAD/CAM-supported
systems and up-to-date CNC machines.
Whether GID, one or multi-component injection
moulding (80 injection moulding
machines from 100 to 3,400 tons) in-mould
decoration, plastic blow moulding (35 blowing
machines 0,25-500 l), silkscreen or assembling:
Robust-Plastik is the competent
partner as for plastic injection moulding and
plastic blow moulding. Prestigious companies
such as Magna Intier, Faurecia, Schefenacker,
Grammer, Johnson Controls, Lear, Angell
& Demmel or Eissmann rely on the
competence of the ISO TS 16949 & ISO 900certifi
ed plastic specialists. The family company
generates a combined turnover of
around 200 million euro within the fi rm
group and has a total of 1,500 employees distributed
among 10 locations in Austria, Hungary
and Czechia (a branch in Slovakia is

Robust-Plastik ist auf die Herstellung von
Kunststoffteilen für die Automobil- und Consumer-Electronics-Industrie
sowie Flaschenkasten,
Stapelbehälter und Entsorgungssysteme
aus Kunststoff spezialisiert. Im Bereich
Werkzeugbau fertigt Robust-Plastik CAD/
CAM-unterstützt und unter Einsatz neuester
CNC-Maschinen Formen bis zu einer Größe
von 25 Tonnen.
Ob GID-, 1- oder 2-Komponenten-Spritzguss
(80 Spritzgieß-Maschinen von 100 bis 3.400
Tonnen) Folienhinterspritzen, Hohlkörperblasen
(35 Blasmaschinen 0,25–500 l), Siebdruck
oder Assembling: Robust-Plastik ist der
kompetente Partner in Sachen Kunststoff-
Spritzguß und Hohlkörperblasen. Namhafte

auf die Kompetenz des ISO TS 16949 so wie
ISO 9001 zertifi zierten Kunst stoff spe zialisten.
