Pipe systems and hose lines by
Viper Tube Systems (VTS)
The export-oriented company with location
in Bischofshofen manufactures per month
about 120,000-150,000 units of pipe lines of
steel, aluminium and stainless steel for the
automobile industry at a production plant of
4,000 m 2 .
The products manufactured by Viper Tube
System are used for motors, as well as for
drive and air-conditioning technologies as
petrol, oil, water or fuel pipes.
VTS supplies directly OEM´s, fi rst and foremost
manufacturers of commercial vehicles
such as Scania, Volvo, Iveco, Mercedes-Benz
and MAN. A further main pillar is the motorbike
industry (KTM). Furthermore VTS supplies
also system providers, mainly belonging
to the car fi eld, which on their part,
provide complete assemblies for the automobile
industry. The skilled and motivated team
and the high technical standards enable the
company to quickly to react to customers‘
inquiries, to test technical feasibilities and to
secure series-production readiness - promptitude
and high fl exibility rank among the factors
of success at VTS. The certifi cation according
to ISO TS16949+ISO14000 attests
the high quality.

Auf einer Produktionsfl äche von 4.000 m 2
fertigt das exportorientierte Bischofshofener
Unternehmen pro Monat etwa 120.000–
150.000 Stück Rohrleitungen aus Stahl, Alu
und Edelstahl für die Automobilindustrie.
Die Produkte von Viper Tube Systems fi nden
in Motoren sowie der Antriebs- und Klimatechnik
als Benzinleitungen, Ölleitungen,
Wasserleitungen oder Kraftstoffl eitungen
Anwendung.
VTS liefert direkt an OEM‘s, in erster Linie
an Nutzfahrzeughersteller wie Scania, Volvo,
Iveco, Merzedes-Benz und MAN, ein weiteres
Standbein stellt die Motorrad-Industrie
dar (KTM). Darüber hinaus beliefert VTS
Systemlieferanten, hauptsächlich im PKW-
Bereich, die ihrerseits ganze Baugruppen an
die Automobilindustrie liefern. Das gut geschulte,
motivierte Team und die hohen
technischen Standards ermöglichen es, innerhalb
kürzester Zeit auf Kundenanfragen
zu reagieren, technische Machbarkeiten zu
prüfen und Serienreife zu erlangen – Schnelligkeit
