Profound knowledge and long years of experience<br />

well as in injection moulding are the basis<br />
for the perfect construction of moulded parts<br />
and tools. As metal and plastic processing<br />
company - besides on tool construction for<br />
the production of injection moulds in highperformance<br />
aluminium or hardened steel -<br />
we focus our activities mainly on the processing<br />
of plastics applying injection moulding<br />
techniques. Here we have specialized in the<br />
manufacture of foamed (thermoplastic foam<br />
moulding) and shock-resistant injection<br />
moulded parts. With our 10 injection moulding<br />
machines (Battenfeld) we are able to<br />
produce plastic parts with a moulding weight<br />
from 0,001 kg up to 4 kg.<br />
During the phase of parts and tools construction<br />
we already make use of current CAD systems<br />
providing us the possibility of calculating<br />
even the most diffi cult joint faces and<br />
free form surfaces. For us, high quality standards<br />
are a matter of course! That‘s why our<br />
company is certifi ed according to ISO 9002 -<br />

Fundiertes Wissen und Erfahrung im Formenbau<br />
und Spritzguss sind die Voraussetzung<br />
für ein optimale Konstruktion von<br />
Formteil und Werkzeug. Als Metall- und<br />
Kunststoff verarbeitender Betrieb liegen unsere<br />
Schwerpunkte neben dem eigenen<br />
Werkzeugbau zur Herstellung von Spritzgussformen<br />
aus hochfestem Aluminium oder gehärtetem<br />
Stahl, vor allem in der Verarbeitung<br />
von Kunststoff im Spritzgiessverfahren. Hierbei<br />
haben wir uns auf die Herstellung von<br />
geschäumten (Thermoplastischer Schaumguss)<br />
und schlagfesten Spritzgußteilen spezialisiert.<br />
Auf unseren 10 Spritzgussmaschinen<br />
(Marke Battenfeld) sind wir in der Lage<br />
Kunststoffteile mit einem Spritzgewicht von<br />
0,001 kg bis 4 kg herzustellen.<br />
Bereits während der Teile- und Werkzeugkonstruktion<br />
setzen wir auf aktuelle CAD<br />
Systeme mit Möglichkeiten zur perfekten Berechnung<br />
selbst schwierigster Verbindungs-<br />
und Freiformfl ächen. Qualität ist für uns<br />
selbstverständlich, deshalb ist unser Betrieb<br />
auch nach ISO 9002 zertifi ziert – Wirtschaftlichkeit<br />
