However sometimes this error can occur even if there is sufficient Methanol in fuel cartridge. In case this error message occurs, verify the status of the fuel sensor in the „Information“ tab (Fuel Sensor FS1 is required). In case the value for parameter “Cartridge” displays “level above sensor or no sensor“ (fuel cartridge still contains Methanol), please enter the command “RESET” in the command field of the “Communication” tab. This will automatically restart the EFOY Pro and will continue operation. Example 2: EFOY Pro Error message: „Surroundings too warm“ This error message occurs if the ambient temperature of the EFOY Pro system is too warm and sufficient cooling of the system is no longer possible, In this case the EFOY Pro system shuts off, however as soon as the ambient temperature drops again, the EFOY Pro will restart automatically. This is the only Error of EFOY Pro, which will be released automatically. All other Errors require a RESET in order to restart the EFOY Pro fuel cell. Example 3: With the default configuration of EFOY Pro battery charging starts as soon as the battery voltage drops below 12.5V. In many applications this parameter (as well as others) should be changed to 12.0V for optimum performance. Changing of the operating parameters of EFOY Pro can be done entering the command “CONFIG” in the command field of the “Communication” tab.
