Kundenspezifische Systemlösung für
Industriesteuerung
kundenspezifische entwicklung des terminal-blockes und der
kompletten hutschienenmechanik für eine industriesteuerung
bei dieser kundenspezifischen entwicklung für eine
industriesteuerung handelt es sich nicht um steckverbinder
im üblichen sinne, sondern um eine komplette
steuerung mit steckbaren Modulen – die konfiguration
kann sowohl als zentrales als auch als dezentrales
system eingesetzt werden. odu hat hierfür die elektronikkomponenten
mitentwickelt und insgesamt 21
werkzeuge gebaut.
innerhalb eines extrem kurzen zeitraumes von lediglich
9 Monaten, nach beginn der entwicklungsarbeit,
wurden seitens odu bereits die ersten Vorserienteile
geliefert. neu für odu war die entwicklung eines terminal-blockes
mit „push - in anschlusstechnik“, wobei
hier eine sehr hohe packungsdichte auf engstem bauraum
erreicht werden konnte. anschlussquerschnitte
von 0,08 – 2,5 mm² können problemlos gesteckt und
wieder gelöst werden. zusätzliche features, wie verschiedenste
kodiermöglichkeiten sowohl werks- als
auch kundenseitig sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Mit
einer höchst aufwendigen kontaktgeometrie konnten
die umfassenden anforderungen des kunden in
allen belangen erfüllt werden.
die zweite einheit dieses komplexen systems, die von
odu geliefert wird, ist die komplette hutschienenmechanik
mit dem Verriegelungssystem und den durchgangsverbindern
mit den bus- und powerkontakten.
eine zusätzliche ableitfeder kann zum potentialausgleich
verwendet werden.
bei diesem anspruchsvollen projekt konnte odu sein
jahrzehntelanges know-how im design von steckverbindern
sowie bei kontaktprinzipien voll zum einsatz bringen.
aufgrund seiner hohen fertigungstiefe war odu
zudem prädestiniert für eine solche aufgabenstellung.

Customised development of the terminal block and the entire
top hat rail mechanics for an industrial control system.
This customised development for an industrial control
system does not have anything to do with connectors
in the normal sense, but a complete control system
with pluggable modules – the configuration can be
used for both a central and a decentral system. ODU
has contributed to the development of the electronic
components for this in addition to manufacturing a
total of 21 tools.
ODU supplied the first prototype components within
a very short period of just 9 months of the development
work being commenced. What was new for ODU
was the development of a terminal block with “Pushin
connecting technology“, whereby it was possible to
achieve a very high packaging density in the smallest
space. Connection cross-sections of 0.08–2.5mm² can
be connected and removed without difficulty. Additional
features such as coding possibilities both from the
plant and by the customer also exist. It was possible
to fulfill all of the customer’s comprehensive requirements
using a highly elaborate contact geometry.
The second unit in this complex system which is supplied
by ODU is the entire top hat rail mechanics with
the locking system and through-connectors with the
bus and power contacts. An additional spring bypass
can be used as a potential equalization.
ODU was able to make full use of its know-how in the
designing of connectors and of contact principles in
this demanding project. ODU was also predestined for
such a task due to its manufacturing expertise.
