Sol de Mallorca is located on the southwestern tip of
the Bay of Palma in the middle of a large pine forest. It is
an exclusive and secluded residential area with villas and
apartment-complexes extending to the first sea line. It offers
enchanting bays and beaches such as Cala Mago, as well
as a small marina and long walking paths through the pine
forest.
The village of Portals Nous with the noble yacht harbour
Puerto Portals offers first-class boutiques and restaurants.
Some of the apartment complexes are integrated into the
harbour and have direct access to the marina. Portals Nous
is a lively and well connected area and just a ten minutes
drive to Palma.
Above Portals Nous lies the residential area Costa d’en
Blanes with magnificent villas and apartment-complexes
overlooking the southwestern coast. The pine tree covered
hill is very private with several beaches close by. Puerto
Portals is just down the road. This area is very well connected
to Palma and the surroundings.
Bendinat is a luxurious residential area with villas,
penthouses and apartments with views over the soft hills or
the sea. This area features properties with direct access to
the sea and properties overlooking the golf course. Bendinat
is known for its exclusive golf course Real Golf Bendinat.
The sandy beach Playa de Illetes is within walking distance.
Palma is just a five minute drive away.
Sol de Mallorca está situado en el extremo suroeste de
la Bahía de Palma, en medio de un gran pinar. Es una zona

y sus alrededores.
Bendinat es una lujosa zona residencial con villas, áticos
y apartamentos con vistas a las colinas y al mar. Aquí

es conocido por su exclusivo campo de golf, el Real Golf
Bendinat. La playa de arena de Illetes está a un corto paseo.

der Nähe. Portals Nous liegt direkt am Fusse des Hügels.
