Rural Mallorca offers a great sense of relaxation and
unlike in the popular tourist destinations closer to the
beaches, traditional Mallorcan life can still be found here.
Bucolic villages nestle between olive groves and dry stone
walls. Popular here are fincas with extensive gardens and
pools, surrounded by almond and olive groves and orange
orchards - and all with complete privacy. But also renovated
village and town houses are sought after, the villages of
Alaró, Santa Maria, Binissalem and Santanyi are particularly
popular. Even if you seem totally isolated on your finca, there
is always a beach less than 30 minutes away by car. And if it
does get too quiet, the lively capital of the island, Palma, is
never far away.
La Mallorca rural ofrece una gran sensación de relajación
y, a diferencia de los populares destinos turísticos más
cercanos a las playas, aquí todavía se puede encontrar
la vida tradicional mallorquina. Los pueblos bucólicos se
encuentran entre olivares y muros de piedra seca. Aquí
son populares las fincas con amplios jardines y piscinas,
rodeadas de almendros, olivos y naranjos, y todo ello con
total privacidad. Pero también se buscan casas de pueblo
renovadas; los pueblos de Alaró, Santa María, Binissalem
y Santanyí son especialmente populares. Aunque parezca
que está totalmente aislado en su finca, siempre hay una
playa a menos de 30 minutos en coche. Y si se vuelve
demasiado tranquilo, la animada capital de la isla, Palma,
nunca está lejos.
Das ländliche Mallorca bietet ein großes Maß an Entspannung,
und im Gegensatz zu den beliebten Touristenzielen
in Strandnähe findet man hier noch das traditionelle mallorquinische
Leben. Verträumte Dörfer liegen eingebettet zwischen
Olivenhainen und Trockensteinmauern. Beliebt sind
hier Fincas mit weitläufigen Gärten und Pools, umgeben von
Mandel-, Oliven- und Orangenhainen - und das alles mit absoluter
Privatsphäre. Aber auch renovierte Dorf- und Stadthäuser
sind begehrt, besonders beliebt sind die Dörfer Alaró,
Santa Maria, Binissalem und Santanyi. Auch wenn man
auf seiner Finca total isoliert zu sein schein, gibt es immer
einen Strand, der in weniger als 30 Autominuten zu erreichen
ist. Und wenn es doch einmal zu ruhig wird, ist die quirlige
Inselhauptstadt Palma nie weit entfernt.
