Son Vida
Son Vida is a luxury residential area on the outskirts of
Palma, and is also known as the Beverly Hills of Mallorca. It
is a gated community with 24-hour security and is slightly elevated,
offering beautiful panoramic views of the surrounding
mountains, countryside and the bay of Palma. With its
three golf courses, one of them being the oldest golf course
in the Balearic Islands, it is a hotspot for many golf lovers on
Mallorca.
Son Vida is mainly made up of large villas, with only a few
apartments at the bottom of the Son Vida golf course. The
residential area is the chosen home of many expats, as the
proximity to the centre of Palma with shopping facilities and
five private international schools is very convenient. If you
don’t want to go to Palma, you can pamper yourself in the
spa or go out to eat in one of the two 5-star hotels in Son
Vida.
Son Vida es una zona residencial de lujo en las afueras de
Palma, también conocida como el Beverly Hills de Mallorca.
Es una comunidad cerrada con seguridad las 24 horas
y está ligeramente elevada, ofreciendo hermosas vistas
panorámicas de las montañas circundantes, el campo y la
Bahía de Palma. Con sus tres campos de golf, uno de ellos
el campo de golf más antiguo de las Islas Baleares, es un
punto de interés para muchos amantes del golf en Mallorca.
Son Vida se compone principalmente de grandes villas, con
sólo unos pocos apartamentos en la parte inferior del campo
de golf de Son Vida. La zona residencial es el hogar elegido
por muchos expatriados, ya que la proximidad al centro
de Palma con instalaciones comerciales y cinco escuelas
privadas internacionales es muy conveniente. Si no quiere ir
a Palma, puede mimarse en el spa de los dos hoteles de 5
estrellas o salir a comer allí.
Son Vida ist eine luxuriöse Wohngegend am Stadtrand
von Palma, und wird auch das Beverly Hills von Mallorca
genannt. Es ist ein abgeschlossenes Wohngebiet mit
24-Stunden Sicherheitsservice, welches etwas erhöht liegt
und dadurch eine wunderschöne Panoramaaussicht auf
die umliegenden Berge, Landschaften und die Bucht von
Palma bietet. Mit seinen drei Golfplätzen, einer davon der
älteste Golfplatz der Balearen, ist es ein Hotspot für viele
Golfliebhaber auf Mallorca.
In Son Vida stehen überwiegend grosse Villen, nur im unteren
Bereich des Golfplatzes Son Vida befinden sich einige
Apartmentanlagen. Die Wohngegend ist die Wahlheimat von
vielen Residenten, da die Nähe zum Zentrum von Palma mit
Shoppingmöglichkeiten und fünf privaten internationalen
Schulen sehr komfortabel ist. Wer nicht nach Palma
fahren möchte, kann sich im Spa der zwei 5-Sterne Hotels
verwöhnen lassen oder dort Essen gehen.
