The Eastern Europe markets are in constant growth for the last 5 years, forming a<br />
saving and consuming financial services middle class. The latter is looking for a<br />
solid investment alternative to the cash overflow accumulated each month. In the<br />
Western countries and in the matured parts of Eastern Europe, the main type of<br />
investment is in trust funds and other financial instruments. As a result, there is a<br />
significant growth in investment and property management companies. This venture<br />
will locate countries with reasonable regulation and growing middle class. The<br />
venture will acquire relatively small investment banks which will be upgraded by the<br />
entrepreneur's knowledge and managerial strengths. Those investment banks will<br />
enjoy market growth as well as the knowledge of experienced Israeli market managers.<br />
The entrepreneur's team is well experienced in managing investment banks<br />
and assets. The team includes: a manager of one of the Significant trust companies<br />
in the Israeli market, and professional consulting team. The leading entrepreneur<br />
has 15 years of managing experience in the field and is certified in the investment<br />
field. He multiplied the value of the assets by ten in the companies that<br />
he has managed.<br />
The acquisition budget for the first year is approximately EUR 5-10 Mio. In the next<br />
two years another EUR 10-20 Mio. would be required. The operational budget for<br />
the first year, excluding the investment budget, is approximately EUR 900,000.<br />
