The company wants to set up a fourth business unit that could, but not necessarily
has to be active in the agri business or generate synergies with the current subsidiaries.
Target companies should match the following profile:
An acquisition candidate should develop and manufacture capital goods
(business to business / end product);
The products / machines should be sophisticated with high added value;
Target companies should mainly operate in niche markets and have a
dominant position in its market;
The target should have a good management.
EUR 50 to 100 Mio or Target should be able to realise EUR 50 Mio in the coming
years
