Description The Company, based in Israel, is the creator and registered patent holder of the
Album® (the “Album”), the first in a series of planned digital classic picture solutions which
collectively represent the next generation of products for the digital photography picture
frame market. The Album® is the first real Digital Photo Album. It presents pictures on a
screen while having the look and feel of a traditional photo album where users can easily
view, store and share pictures and memories. The Company believes the Album® is the
next major development in the rapidly growing digital picture frame market.
Investment Attributes
Unique Next Generation Product in Hand - Album® is a unique product that is not currently
offered in the market. The Album® is patented and offers a real solution similar to
the traditional photo album. This product provides the prospective partner with a
unique, yet immediate, solution to an existing and demonstrated market need.
Registered U.S. Patent with Strong Claims – The Company is the registered holder of a
US Patent. It provides the Company with the exclusive right to make, use and sell Album®
throughout the United States of America. The Company is in consideration of
applying for a patent in other regions. The Company has had extensive discussions
with potential distribution partners in Finland, France, Holland, Spain, Sweden, Ireland,
Germany, Belgium Italy, Turkey, Iceland, Switzerland, Poland, the United States, Canada,
and Jordan. Favorable responses have been received.
Growing Market - Digital cameras are now very common and usage will continue to
grow as they become more affordable. There is an increasing demand for alternative
means of viewing theses images. Solutions currently offered in the market do not have
the attributes of the traditional photo album. The Album® provides consumers with the
viewing pleasure of the traditional photo album while having added benefits and functions
of digital imagery.
Mass Market Appeal - Current digital image viewing products offered in the market require
a level of technical knowledge and computer literacy. In contrast, the Album® is a
self explanatory device which can be operated in multiple languages with an operation
manual within the device itself. It is easy to navigate and outfitted with a user friendly
multimedia interface. The software was engineered in a way that enables use by all potential
users with no previous computer knowledge required.
In-House Product Development Team – The Company currently employs an in-house
product development team consisting of the original software and hardware developers.
They possess an intimate knowledge of the product and will continue to be a valuable
asset in improving functionality and design for the future generations of Albums®. The
team possesses a combined experience of over 50 years in software/hardware engineering.
