Established reputation for excellent customer service with elements of valuedadded<br />
service provision, after-market service and a high level of repeat business;<br />
Management skills and financial/systems capabilities that will facilitate above average<br />
rates of growth with the active support of the Group within a decentralised operating<br />
environment.<br />
Target companies should be able to demonstrate how they can grow and increase<br />
their profitability in an environment where support and funding are actively provided<br />
from the centre.<br />
