Short description A global industrial conglomerate is looking to acquire distressed/ underperforming<br />
industrial businesses. Interested e.g. in automotive manufacturing. Keen to look at<br />
non-core disposals of bigger groups. Not interested in printing or pure service businesses<br />
(no people based businesses). Not interested in highly leveraged businesses<br />
either. Will look at retail but not an ideal sector. Targets don't need to have<br />
strategic fit with the rest of the group, looking for opportunistic buys. The group is<br />
capable in moving very quickly and flexible in structuring deals.<br />
