The First Annual Health,Holistic and Lifestyle Expo!
December 3, 2011 10:00 am to 5:00 pm

The creation of this Expo was born out of a passion for sharing information about healthy lifestyles,
spirituality and wellness. The Expo’s vision includes having a wonderful and warm environment for local
practitioners and creators of wellness and lifestyle products to exhibit and share information about their
services and products. There are many local practitioners with amazing abilities and skills available to help
you enhance your life!
The Expo will partner with local businesses and media to ensure the success of the Expo and to share out
positive message with the largest population possible. The wellness industry has increased in sales from
$200 billion to $500 billion in five years, which shows the tremendous growth spurt in the industry. (New
Wellness Revolution, P.Z. Pilzer). The Expo will introduce you or reconnect you, with experts, in the
immediate area. There will also be an auction with the proceeds going to three local charities.
In 2009 the Canadian Mental Health Association reported an increase of thirty percent in the number of
Canadians reporting issues related to stress. “Invest in yourself, invest in your family, your community …

The Health, Holistic and Lifestyle Expo will highlight healthy options to have the ultimate quality of life.
Exhibitors will have a variety of skills and backgrounds and exhibits will include a mixture of modalities
including relaxation, yoga, fitness, animal well being, nutrition, herbs, spirituality, beauty, aging, personal
development, environmental, nature, natural and the list goes on and on. This Expo will be your opportunity
to explore the many wonderful products and services available to you, and all under one roof!
For the Consumer, it gives you a great opportunity to spend some fun and relaxing time trying products,
viewing demonstrations and opportunities to win some great goodies. Ask questions of experts in the field
and get some guidance for your personal needs and wants. It is a great place to buy that special Christmas
gift or just pamper you.
For the Exhibitor, if you create, promote or sell a health, wellness or spiritual product or service, this is a
great opportunity for you to showcase your skills and products. The day will be filled with opportunities to
meet wonderful people who are eager to learn more about your expertise and products.

all promotional material as well as signage the day of the event. There will be special sponsorship
