3 recent procedur<strong>al</strong> order is dated February 24; and that was the procedur<strong>al</strong> order that did<br />

4 s<strong>et</strong> down the date of the main application for June 26 and 27. It <strong>al</strong>so had deadlines for<br />

5 the filing of briefs for this application, and it’s actu<strong>al</strong>ly the previous order -- yes, it’s<br />

6 the -- there was a previous order of February 16th that de<strong>al</strong>t with some dates that I wish<br />

tobring to your attention.<br />

9 The first is any questioning on affidavits filed in respect of the main application is to be<br />

10 done by April 30th. I’m going to be me<strong>et</strong>ing with my friend Ms. Hutchison after today’s<br />

11 application. We’ve got some dates. It looks like we’re into May <strong>al</strong>ready to try to do that,<br />

<strong>12</strong> but just to inform you that that’s out there. Obviously, we await your decision in respect<br />

13 of <strong>al</strong>l the issues before you today before we’re going to be able to proceed to any<br />

questioning.<br />

16 And from there -- well, the other dates de<strong>al</strong> with when the leg<strong>al</strong> arguments are to be filed:<br />

17 May 29th by the applicants, June 14th by any other person, and then any replies by the<br />

18 applicant on June 22nd; and then the -- two days have been s<strong>et</strong> aside in the subsequent<br />

34 commerci<strong>al</strong> is the week of May 22nd, so I think what we could do is if we g<strong>et</strong> re<strong>al</strong>ly out<br />

35 of line on the tim<strong>et</strong>able that is approved by order, perhaps you could bring it back some<br />

36 day that week and we will sort it out and see if we can hold on to those dates at the end<br />
