Decades ago, a clever instrument manufacturer from Solingen had the great idea of adapting grinders from the metal industry to footcare treatments.
The result: the probably most sold item for callus treatments within footcare. The advantages of cap grinders are obvious: strong abrasive properties,
hygienically perfect due to single-usage, easy handling. Until the 90ies there were only grinders available with diameters between 10 to 16 mm. The
introduction of faster motors made grinder sizes of 5 and 7 mm possible. Now there are the suitable cap grinders for each type of motor.
IMPORTANT: When using these abrasive instruments, the recommended rotation speed must not be exceeded. A cap grinder with too high rotation
speed is uncomfortable for the client and results in additional wearing of the device. Cap grinders, other than diamond grinders, don’t have a perfect
true running and can cause vibrations when running at high speeds. Therefore less is more!! The brand new SÜDA cap grinders relate top-quality with
