The President ofthe United States of America has availed himself of the provisions ofthe Additional
Protocol to the said Convention by declaring at the time of accession that the first paragraph of Article 2
of the Convention shall not apply to international transportation that may be performed by the United
States of America or any territory or possession under its jurisdiction.

be advised to exercise his power of disallowance with
regard to the following Law :—
