Kelly Edwards<br />
Kelly is part of the Physical Company &<br />
GRAVITY UK training team and comes with<br />
over 20 year’s fitness experience from cruise<br />
ships to fitness management. She currently<br />
works as a UK Master Trainer in GRAVITY ® on<br />
Total Gym, BOSU Balance Trainer ® , Flowin,<br />
GLIDING, Trigger Point – The GRID, and<br />
Kranking. Kelly has bought her experience<br />
as a tri-athlete to become Master Trainer<br />
for Team ICG in 2010. With her passion and<br />
enthusiasm Kelly continues to present unique<br />
training throughout the UK.<br />
Kelly Reed-Banks<br />
The latest addition to the Fitness FX team,<br />
Kelly is a Groove FX program developer and<br />
has been in the fitness industry for almost 15<br />
years, coming previously from a professional<br />
dance and theatre background. In 2005, she<br />
won the ‘New Fitness Presenter of the Year’<br />
with YMCA & Action UK and has since worked<br />
as the UK master trainer for Next Generation<br />
Health Clubs, Technogym and Champneys<br />
Health Resorts. She has been a fitness model<br />
for Life Fitness, Technogym and PT Bouncer<br />
and currently works as the master trainer<br />
for Choreographytogo, delivering Level 3 Pilates courses and instructor<br />
update workshops.<br />
Greg Sellar<br />
The Blast FX program developer since<br />
its inception in 2009, Greg was named ‘<strong>IFS</strong><br />
International Presenter of the Year 2010’<br />
having presented in over 35 countries over the<br />
last 19 years. A former National Master Trainer<br />
for Les Mills Intl in the US, UK and Europe,<br />
Greg is a member of JUMPYBUMPY’s Team<br />
JB and also works as an instructor for Nike<br />
Training Club and consultant for fitness brands<br />
GRAVITY on Total Gym, LIVESTRONG Indoor<br />
Cycling, BOSU, Kranking, Gliding, Fitness<br />
Industry Education and Physical Company. Using his BSc. (Ex.Sc.), he runs<br />
a fitness consultancy through his website www.GREGSELLAR.COM where<br />
he regularly contributes to online and print media.<br />
Michael Steel<br />
Michael has been the programme<br />
developer for Pump FX since 2006 and has<br />
been actively involved in instructor training<br />
and development both nationally and<br />
internationally since 1994. He is a member of<br />
JUMPYBUMPY’s Team JB and as a recipient<br />
of the prestigious ‘Fitness Professional’s<br />
Fitness Leader of the Year Award’, Michael<br />
has been at the forefront of many of the<br />
industry’s established training programmes,<br />
both freestyle and pre-choreographed.<br />
Michael was one of the UK’s original National Master Trainers for Les Mills<br />
Intl and conducted training throughout Europe, the UK and the USA. An<br />
original member of the FitPro Education Team, Michael was an integral<br />
part of instructor training and education within the UK. Michael now works<br />
as the International Business Development Manager for Total Gym and is<br />
a member of the International GRAVITY Training Faculty, looking after 25<br />
countries globally.<br />
Neil Bates<br />
Neil has been in the fitness industry<br />
for over 18 years and is the National Master<br />
Trainer for Fitness FX. Neil has been a program<br />
developer for Stomp FX since 2006 and is a<br />
member of JUMPYBUMPY’s Team JB. Neil<br />
was the first winner of ‘Presenter of the Year’<br />
at the World Fitness Experience in 2001 and<br />
has been a familiar face at conventions ever<br />
since. Neil has been invited to present at IDEA<br />
in 2013 and in 2008 and 2009 he won the<br />
‘Fusion Fitness Presenter Award’ in Iceland.<br />
Gill Cummings-Bell<br />
Gill is an exercise and nutrition scientist<br />
specialising in metabolic exercise program,<br />
sports nutrition management for training,<br />
performance, recovery and body weight<br />
management. She is a leading industry<br />
consultant and program manager for<br />
Drummond, where she is the lead writer on all<br />
level 2, 3 and 4 courses.<br />
Viveca Jensen<br />
Viveca Jensen founded PILOXING ®<br />
by combining her extensive fitness acumen<br />
and business savvy to create a distinctive<br />
exercise program. Jensen’s background<br />
in dance, pilates and boxing helped her<br />
to craft this new inter-disciplinary exercise<br />
program based upon a unique mix of pilates,<br />
boxing and dance. Sweden-born Jensen is a<br />
professional dancer with a Masters in Dance,<br />
Master Pilates instructor, a trained boxer<br />
and award winning body builder. Her dance<br />
expertise includes training at the internationally renowned Stockholm Ballet<br />
Academy and studying under the tutelage of Billy Goodson in Los Angeles.<br />
Building off her passion for dance and fitness, Jensen trained under Master<br />
Pilates instructor, Ivon Dahl, a protégé of Bruce King; an original instructor<br />
for Joseph H. Pilates. Jensen is the founder and CEO of the PILOXING<br />
Academy and V-Pilates studio in Toluca Lake, CA, which has been featured<br />
on many national television shows and high-profile magazines. Jensen’s<br />
studio is a favorite training Mecca for celebrities and regular clients who<br />
want a fun, effective and inspiring workout experience.<br />

Piloxing Round 2 Viveca Jensen<br />
PILOXING comes back to <strong>IFS</strong> for Round 2, with Viveca Jensen! During<br />
this session you’ll transform yourself into a tough and agile boxer, graceful<br />
ballerina and hip street dancer all in one workout! PILOXING is the first<br />
fitness program that blends the best of pilates and boxing into a highenergy<br />
interval workout. Utilising the most cutting edge research, PILOXING<br />
incorporates fitness techniques such as interval and barefoot training to<br />
