Richard Morris<br />

Richard has been in the fitness Industry<br />

for over 12 years and is the Co-owner of<br />

BootCamp Fitness, he is fast becoming one<br />

of the main names in Bootcamps and High<br />

Intensity Interval Training. Richard has taught<br />

courses, workshops, tours and presented<br />

across the U.K and Ireland. His desire to<br />

educate and inspire people makes him one of<br />

the most creative and sought after presenters<br />

in the Industry.<br />

Richard Westwood<br />

Richard Westwood is a workout junkie<br />

with a mission to empower and entertain<br />

others through BootCamp and Mega Band<br />

workouts. Upon graduating from Premier<br />

Training International he has continued to<br />

expand and share his knowledge, he soon<br />

found his passion for group activity centred<br />

on Boxercise, BootCamps and Mega Band<br />

workouts. Richard is fast becoming a leader in<br />

fitness BootCamps and metabolic training, he<br />

gets the job done using only body weight and<br />

Mega Bands. His passion and persistence is<br />

legendary and nothing gets in his way of what he wants to accomplish.<br />

Richard works alongside Richard Morris who are both the driving force<br />

behind the REP’s endorsed courses; BootCamp Fitness Instructor and<br />

Mega Band Training which educates fitness professionals on setting up<br />

and/or expanding bootcamp business’s, taking them to the next level.<br />
