Important Session Selection Notes<br />

1 Read through the complete programme very carefully and make a note of<br />

your initial selections.<br />

2 Compare your choices with the relevant days schedule to ensure you are<br />

not double booking in the same hour.<br />

3 Having finalised your choices write the reference number on your ‘Session<br />

Selection Sheet’, make a copy for your records and then return it<br />

AS SOON AS POSSIBLE so your selections can be processed or<br />

BOOK ONLINE!<br />

4 Each room has a stipulated capacity so we ask you to make your first,<br />

second and third choices in order of preference in case the session you<br />

choose has already been filled.<br />

5 If you do not show a second or third choice we will automatically assume<br />

you have no other preference and your ticket will state ‘No Session<br />

Selection’ for that hour.<br />

6 There will be a ticket exchange at the event so you may be able to<br />

exchange sessions on site, however please note these choices will<br />

be limited.<br />

7 You will receive a confirmation letter by email of your selected sessions.<br />

You MUST print out and bring this letter with you to register.<br />

8 Your session tickets will be issued at the Convention at the time of<br />

registration along with your security bracelet.<br />

9 REPS CPDs. If you are registered with REPS you will be<br />

able to collect 4 Reps CPDs. Submit your event certicate<br />

to REPS and these will be allocated to you.<br />

10 To help with your choices the sessions have been colour<br />

coded. The colour key can be seen right, again on page<br />

27 and along the bottom of most pages.<br />
