Fotoba is complementing its range of 2.5 and 3.2 metre wide X-Y<br />
cutters with a five metre wide Roll Cutter. The XL 500 is ideally suited<br />
to working in tandem with printers such as Scitex XL1500 and Vutek<br />
5300 five metre wide digital printers. Useful accessories can be added<br />
to XL500 that will allow handling of heavyweight rolls in a mass production<br />
environment. The first unit is due to be installed Q1 <strong>2009</strong> in<br />

Showcased on Stand C20 will be euromedia, Fujifilm’s dedicated offer for<br />
large format printing that was successfully launched in the UK late last year.<br />
At the heart of the euromedia offer is an extensive range of<br />
hundreds of media products for all water-based, solvent-based and<br />
laminating applications, all proven products, excellent value for<br />
money, trouble-free and with downloadable profiles.<br />
Startex FR, for example, is an innovative multi-tasking banner<br />
with a textile look and printable both sides . It’s easy to handle, light<br />
and thin yet extremely tear resistant.<br />
The new generation product 2D Smart Apply allows blister-free,<br />
quick and professional 2D wrapping with its superbly engineered<br />
combination of self-adhesive polymeric vinyl plus matching laminate.<br />
Fabric Harmony FR is a flame retardant universal polyester textile<br />
that allows production of brilliant, vibrant graphics for exhibition<br />

Highlights on the Graphtec (GB) stand will be impressively fast and accurate<br />
cutting, high-resolution full-colour scanning and the latest Flexi<strong>Sign</strong><br />
software.<br />
Visitors will be able to see Graphtec’s FC8000 cutting plotters’<br />
outstanding versatility and remarkable cutting accuracy for top end<br />
production needs on a wide variety of media. Innovations include the<br />
next generation of Graphtec’s proprietary ARMS (Auto Registration<br />
Mark Sensor) system for the ultimate in consistently accurate cutting,<br />
even over long lengths.<br />
Graphtec’s CE5000 Series of cutters will be showing the<br />
benefits of technically advanced features proven on high-spec<br />
