ITC Ltd G50

new ClearCut Solid carbide
single flute, square end,
straight shank cutter. The
new centre cutting tool is
manufactured from micro
grain carbide to extremely
tight tolerances with polished
flute geometry.
This gives an exceptional
finish on perspex
and acrylic materials and in
most cases eliminates the
need for flame polishing
components after cutting.
Alongside the ClearCut
series will be the successful
LG series of single fluted
end mills that has been developed
to meet the changing
market requirements of
the sign industry, including
the extra long series for
machining 25mm acrylic.
Also being exhibited on The LG series from ITC, designed to meet
the ITC stand will be the the changing needs of the sign industry.
ENG 2D engraving series, the
155 standard, 162 long series and 163 extra long series, all available
in ball nose or square end with diameter ranges to meet the needs
of the user. In addition, ITC will be showing its dibond folding tools
and the new geometry compression tools for use on wood.

The all-new Javelin Evolution integrated wide format cutting system from
Keencut will be launched and continuously demonstrated at Sign UK.
Available in six cutting lengths from 1.1 metre up to 3.3 metres
the Evolution is designed specifically for maximum versatility and
fast efficient use by a single technician and is expected to reduce
positioning, clamping and cutting times by at least 66 per cent.
Laser beam adjusted with a unique guarantee of
straightness of 0.2mm over the full length (1:15000), the
Javelin Evolution switches cutting tracks for general purpose
and textile cutting and instantly parks below table level
when not required.
Also new and available to try on the Keencut Stand
will be the new longer upgraded Javelin Xtra and Practik
cutter bar ranges, together with the UK launch of the
SteelTraK 210 cm vertical cutter with its new V-Groove
cutting attachment for scoring and folding both Dibond and
up to 5mm PVC Foamboard.
