•Shoulder and hand rotated <strong>in</strong>ward for <strong>in</strong>ternal rotation<br />
•Shoulder and hand rotated outward for outward rotation<br />
•Classic <strong>in</strong>ternal and external<br />
rotator strengthen<strong>in</strong>g and<br />
balance
