Savor an elegant Brazilian dinner
with UCDS parents David and
Rosangela Capobianco at their
historic home in Seattle’s historic
Harvard-Belmont Landmark
District. This home was built in
1908 by Washington DC architects
Hornblower & Marshall for Sam Hill,
an early Seattle businessman, lawyer
and philanthropist. The home has
postcard views of Lake Union, Queen
Anne and the Olympics. The home
which is on the National Historical
Registry, has just undergone a
four-year contemporary renovation
by Seattle architect Stuart Silk
collaborating with interior designer
Garret Cord Werner. The Capobianco
family is offering their hospitality in
their home for the benefit of UCDS to
host your group for an unforgettable
soiree. The evening will begin on the
upper patio or ballroom (weather
depending) with spectacular views.
Enjoy cocktails and conversation with
artist John Sisko, whose sculptures
are featured in the Capobianco’s art
collection; Sisko will talk informally
about the art and architecture of the
home. A high-style Brazilian themed
dinner follows in the formal dining
room, complete with champagne and
fine wine. Some enchanted evening!
Restrictions: Mutually agreed upon date.
