Our community and the UCDS
Board of Trustees are committed to
extending broad access to a UCDS
education. This includes a need
blind admissions process, which
ensures that qualified students have
the ability to enroll at and continue
to attend UCDS, regardless of their
family’s ability to pay tuition. By
raising your bid card for Financial
Aid, you join generations of parents
who have rallied around this goal.
This year, 66 students and 21% of
student body are receiving financial
aid. These funds go beyond tuition
and often help defray the expense
of field trips, afterschool clubs, EDP,
educational support, transportation
and even lunches, giving each
student full access to UCDS’s unique
programs.
Together we can continue to ensure
that no child who would thrive at
our school is excluded due to lack
of financial means. Please join with
UCDS families past and present in
raising your bid card and adding to
the funds dedicated to our Financial
Aid Program.

Strachan create a heirloom painting
of your child, based on photos you
provide or photos that Sarah can
take for you. Sarah uses her training
in classic realism, layering rich oil
paints on linen to create a timeless
piece of art. Inspired by your favorite
photographs, Sarah especially enjoys
painting children, capturing everevolving
personalities in a single
moment in time.
Restrictions: Limited to one child. Additional
children may be added for an extra fee.
