NEIL<br />

It’s only dancing, she likes my<br />

NEIL starts to groove over to the girls. SIMON does a kind of<br />
mental readying then follows and finally, after a deep<br />
breath, so does WILL. <strong>The</strong>y sort of dance / walk towards the<br />
girls finishing quite close to them.<br />
WILL (CONT’D)<br />
Is this alright? Am I doing it<br />
right? Am I in time?<br />
SIMON<br />
Fine, maybe a little out, but not<br />
so you'd notice. Copy Neil.<br />
<strong>The</strong> three of them look dreadful, dancing really obviously<br />
close to the girls, looking over and making eyes. <strong>The</strong>n they<br />
subconsciously fall into the same moves and rhythm as NEIL.<br />
<strong>The</strong>y are like the Four Tops (topical reference). <strong>The</strong> girls<br />
laugh. JAY is by the bar, shaking his head watching them.<br />
JAY<br />
Another fishbowl mate.<br />
<strong>The</strong> girls are looking at them and giggling, mainly because<br />
it's so obvious. <strong>The</strong>re’s a huge space to dance in, and they<br />
are just next to the girls. <strong>The</strong> dancing is getting worse,<br />
then WILL just stops and walks over to ALISON.
