Vegetation Description: Eucalyptus tetrodonta and Corymbia
ferruginea Mid Open Woodland Hummock grass U/S
Landform: Flat plain, sandy substrates. Base of sandstone
outcrop.
Soil: Brown, loamy sands, low rock content
Habitat Notes: termites (common), litter (low), hollows
(common), fallen logs (scattered)
Impacts: low feral animal sign, no weeds, high fire freq.

Vegetation Description: Corymbia ferruginea +/- Eucalyptus
miniata and Eucalyptus tetrodonta Low Open Woodland.
Landform: Upper slopes and rocky ridges, sandstone quartz
rock type
Soil: greyish sands, high rock content.
Habitat Notes: termites (low), hollows (common), fallen logs
(low), rock crevices/shelter (moderate).
Impacts: low feral animal sign, no weeds, low fire freq.

Erythrophleum chlorostachys Mid Woodland with tussock
grass understorey
Landform: Sand Plain
Soil: Light brown sandy loams
Habitat Notes: hollows (moderate), fallen logs (scattered),
termites (moderate), mid and lower storey vegetation cover
present.
Impacts: mod feral animal sign, no weeds, mod fire freq.
Vegetation Description: Cypress Pine (Callitris intratropica)
Woodland with tussock grass under storey. This vegetation
community was not described nor mapped as a separate
vegetation type. It is patchily distributed through the MLA
particularly in veg type 5
Landform: Sand Plain
Soil: Deep brown sands
Habitat Notes: Hollows (common), fallen logs (abundant), fire
protected, good shelter and shade from higher canopy cover,
termites (common), litter (moderate).
Impacts: low feral animal sign, no weeds, low fire freq.
