What is this, then, that is written, "The stone
which the builders rejected is become the head of
the corner"?--Luke xx. 17.
Master reads to candidate from text-book: "To
him that overcometh will I give to eat of the
hidden manna, and I will give him a white stone,
and in the stone a new name written, which no
man knoweth, saving him that receiveth it." (Rev.
xi. 17.) Come forward, and receive the new
name.
Candidate steps forward.
Master--Brother, I will now invest you with the
new name
