"But the Royal Arch Degree is founded on the

word ought to have been triliteral. Among the

Bal, Bul, Baal, or Belin. . . . Again, the Egyptians
and Hindoos reverenced On or Om, i.e., Aun, or
Aum, as the name of their chief Deity."
