Much of <strong>the</strong> dune front at Ballybunion features hard engineering with large boulders fixing <strong>the</strong> dune front along <strong>the</strong><br />

golf course edge. This means <strong>the</strong>re is no fungal interest in this habitat. The golf course itself had a few species in <strong>the</strong><br />

rough alongside some of <strong>the</strong> holes.<br />
