System Benefits The small external dimensions of the 60mm busbar system allow for a wide range of busbars, so that it can be easily adapted to a wide range of currents. These features result in the particularly safe, space-saving and clearly laid out design of this system, which also has the largest component selection. In addition, numerous components of the Wöhner 60mm busbar system meet the expanded requirements according to UL 508 for applications in North America that were introduced in 2005. Since 2008, many items are , and can therefore be used without an additional entry in the file of the system builder and without any CoA. Detailed information on these requirements is located in the approval overview starting on page 8/37 and in our “Busbar system in compliance with UL standard” information brochure as well as on the Internet at www.woehner.de. Connection Technology Conductors with a cross section of up to 300 mm 2 can be connected using universal conductor terminals or connecting terminal plates, and no drilling is required. Even uncut conductors can be connected to the terminal plates to connect two busbar systems, for example. CRITO®ProfiClips, with their saddle-clamp terminal technology, allow rapid connections to be made to both round and laminated conductors. End-to-end busbar connections, which permit fast and easy extension of busbar systems, are also available. EQUES®Technology The adaptor technology in the 60 mm system: EQUES®EasyConnector, EQUES®PowerConnector and EQUES®MotorController provide safe connection to busbars from 12 x 5mm to 30 x 10mm and double-T, triple-T sections up to 2500A, with many innovative features. The EQUES®MotorController offers new areas of application with greater electrical safety thanks to its new double structure: While the mounted IEC components are being replaced, the busbar is protected from contact. New versions of the EQUES®PowerConnector now also offer the option of directly connecting 4-pole circuit breakers to the busbar system. SECUR®PowerLiner The device series for D0 fuses is connected to the busbar system, without having to drill. Currents up to 63 A can be switched safely using the SECUR®PowerLiner for D0 fuses. CUSTO®EasyLiner D0 and D busbar-mounting fuse base with extensive shock protection and integrated strip cover Version with protection against contact from back, without additional parts to be fitted In sizes E18, E27 and E33 NEW QUADRON®CrossLink Carrier Busbar-mounting fuse base for class J Holder for fuses according to American standard, for direct snap-in mounting on the busbar Fuses can be replaced without the need for tools Version with LED to show that the fuse is activated 2
