Workshop Day 5 (midway point in national two year programme)
Aims
For participants:
• To re-engage and continue to work together effectively as a group.
• To undertake or review the group development work completed previously, and
discuss the action plan process.
• To complete an exploration of evaluation data and work in progress in relation to
action planning.
• To identify how older people and their families will be involved in the action planning
process.
• To undertake a reflective review of the programme to date from the point of view of an
individual, a resident and an organisation.
Intended Learning Outcomes
• Continue to work with terms of engagement within the group.
• Shared effectiveness of workplace learning activities.
• Critical review of the group and learning to date.
• Assessment of evaluation data collected to date.
• Detailed action plans in place which involve older people and their families.
• Clear understanding of the programme plan for year two.
• Plan to facilitate workplace learning activities between day five and day six.
