Bamboo flower vase Bamboo wall hanging Now a days various decorating items are made from bamboo. Some items like bamboo flower vase, bamboo wall hanging etc. Both bamboo flower vase & bamboo wall hanging are of same type. For making the bamboo flower vase the bamboo stalk is cut in the middle in oval shape and a hole is created. Bunch of flowers are kept in it. In bamboo wall hanging the upper portion of the stalk is cut off in a round shape. Then with the help of bamboo sticks a criss- cross structure is made which is fixed at the back side of the bamboo vase that helps the whole item to hang in the wall. Saloni- It is made of fine bamboo sticks in a criss cross way, keeping some open spaces between the different sticks as required for different purposes.. The saloni is like a round shaped disc, used for sieving rice, paddy, tea leaves & also for washing fishes. Dhari Bamboo lantern Bamboo dhari: Dhari is mainly made from fine bamboo sticks in criss cross direction. In the picture the dhari is not properly made, it has lots of defects like the side border of the dhari is not properly woven. All the bamboo sticks are coming out and due to this all the sticks will be broken & the whole dhari will get damaged and the customers will reject the item so while making this product proper care should be taken. The lantern is made of bamboo. In this picture also the some defects are shown. The lantern is not properly made, the bamboo sticks are not tied tightly due to which the bamboo sticks are coming out.
