Field No 17 – Voyage Number
Identify voyage number of vessel that is exporting produce. This is a 6 alpha numeric field and only
mandatory when ‘Field No 11 – Load Out Type’ = E (Export) AND ‘Field No 15 – Mode of Transport’ =
1 (Marine/Sea)
Field No 18 – Truck Name
Identify truck name that is used for Depot transfer. This is a 12 alpha numeric field and only
mandatory when ‘Field No 11 – Load Out Type’ = D AND ‘Field No 15 – Mode of Transport’ = 3 (Road)
Field No 19 – Export Type
Identify if export is occurring via container or conventional. This is a 2 alpha character field and only
mandatory when ‘Field No 11 – Load Out Type’ = E (Export).
