Field No 20 – Organisation

Identify the exporter that is exporting the produce. This is a 2 alpha numeric field and mandatory.
PPECB will maintain a Paltrack Organisation code mapping to FBO codes, only valid FBO codes will be
mapped.
Field No 21 – Exporter FBO Code
Identify the exporter that is exporting the produce; only valid FBO codes will be accepted. This is a 5
alpha numeric field and optional. Where field is provided then ‘Field No 20 – Organisation’ will be
ignored and ‘Field No 21 - Exporter FBO Code’ will be used to identify the exporter.
Field No 22 – Container Number
Identify the container number of the container that is used in export. This is a 11 alpha numeric field
and only mandatory when ‘Field No 11 – Load Out Type’ = E (Export) and ‘Field No 19 – Export Type’
= CT.
Field No 23 – Container Seal Number
Identify the seal number of the container that is used in export. This is a 20 alpha numeric field and
only mandatory when ‘Field No 11 – Load Out Type’ = E (Export) and ‘Field No 19 – Export Type’ =
CT.
Field No 24 – Suffing Date
Identify the date the pallets where inserted into the container. This is only a mandatory field when
‘Field No 11 – Load Out Type’ = E (Export) and ‘Field No 19 – Export Type’ = CT, the format of the
date time must be yyyymmdd hh:mm:ss.
Field No 25 – ETD
Identify the Estimated Date/Time of Departure of the vessel for export. This is only a mandatory
field when ‘Field No 11 – Load Out Type’ = E (Export), the format of the date time must be
yyyymmdd hh:mm:ss.
