Field No 10 – Organisation<br />
<strong>PPECB</strong> <strong>EDiN</strong> WEB PORTAL – <strong>Technical</strong> <strong>Handbook</strong><br />
Identify the exporter that pallet was packed for. This is a 2 alpha numeric field and mandatory.<br />
<strong>PPECB</strong> will maintain a Paltrack Organisation code mapping to FBO codes, only valid FBO codes will be<br />
mapped. If supplied on Consignment level then all pallets in consignment will be linked this<br />
organisation. FBO Master Data is sourced from <strong>PPECB</strong>.<br />
Field No 11 – Exporter FBO Code<br />
Identify the exporter that pallet was packed for; only valid FBO codes will be accepted. This is a 5<br />
alpha numeric field and optional. Where field is provided then Field No 10 – Organisation will be<br />
ignored and Field No 11 - Exporter FBO Code will be used to identify the exporter. If supplied on<br />
Consignment level then all pallets in consignment will be linked to this exporter FBO code. FBO<br />
Master Data is sourced from <strong>PPECB</strong>.<br />
Field No 12 – Bill to party<br />
Identify the party that is responsible for payment of <strong>PPECB</strong> inspection services. Only valid <strong>PPECB</strong><br />
customer account accepted. This is a 7 alpha numeric field and optional. If supplied on<br />
Consignment level then all pallets in consignment will be linked to this bill to party.<br />
Field No 13 – Inspector<br />
Identify the <strong>PPECB</strong> inspector that inspected the pallet. This is a 4 numeric field and optional. If<br />
supplied on Consignment level then all pallets in consignment will be linked to this inspector.<br />
Inspector Master Data is sourced from <strong>PPECB</strong>.<br />
Field No 14 – Inspection Point<br />
Identify the <strong>PPECB</strong> inspection point where inspection of the pallet occurred. This is a 4 numeric field<br />
and optional. If supplied on Consignment level then all pallets in consignment will be linked to this<br />
inspection point. Inspection Point Master Data is sourced from <strong>PPECB</strong>.<br />
Field No 15 – Inspection Date/Time<br />
Identify the date and time that inspection of pallets occurred. Is an optional field and the format of<br />
the date time must be yyyymmdd hh:mm:ss.<br />
