Before we accept your booking, we will inform you of the scheduled flight times in effect as of that time;<br />

and it will be shown on your Ticket. It is possible that we may need to change the scheduled flight time<br />

subsequent to issuance of your Ticket. If you provide us with contact information, telephone number or<br />

email address, we will inform you of such changes. If, after you purchase your ticket, we make significant<br />

changes to our flight times that are unacceptable to you and we are unable to offer you a flight that is<br />

acceptable to you, you will be entitled to a refund of the Ticket.<br />

8.2 Cancellation, Rerouting, Delays<br />

We have a high rate of reliability and punctuality and we continue to make great efforts in order to avoid<br />

delays in future, too. For this purpose and in order to prevent cancellation of a flight, in exceptional<br />

circumstances we may arrange for a flight to be operated on our behalf by an alternative carrier or<br />

aircraft.<br />

In the event that a flight is delayed or cancelled or you are denied due to overbooking, however, you have<br />

claims in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 261/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council<br />

establishing common rules on compensation and assistance to passengers in the event of denied<br />

boarding and of cancellation or long delay of flights, and repealing Regulation (EEC) No. 295/91.<br />

Except as otherwise provided by the Convention, if we fail to operate a flight according to schedule, fail to<br />

stop at your final destination or Stopover destination for what reason ever, we shall if not stated different<br />

by Regulation (EC) 261/2004, at your option, either:<br />

a. carry you on the next of our scheduled services on which space is available without additional<br />

charge and, where necessary, extend the validity of your Ticket, or<br />

b. offer you a refund in accordance with the provisions of the these Conditions of Carriage<br />

These options are the sole remedies available to you in these cases; we do not assume liability for<br />

damages financial losses<br />

9 Refunds<br />

Will be handled in accordance with Article 4.5 of this document.<br />

9.1 To whom refund made<br />

We shall be entitled to make a refund either to the person named in the Ticket or to the person who paid<br />

for the Ticket. If the Ticket was paid by a person another than the Passenger named in the Ticket, and the<br />

Ticket indicates that there is a restriction on the refund, we shall make a refund only to the person who<br />

paid for the Ticket.<br />

Refunds will only be made on surrender to us of the Ticket and all unused Flight Coupons.<br />

9.2 Loss of the Ticket<br />

If you lose a Ticket or a portion of it, upon furnishing us with satisfactory proof of the loss, and payment of<br />

a reasonable administration charge, refund on the Ticket will be made after expiry of the validity period of<br />

the Ticket, on condition:<br />

a. that the lost Ticket, or portion of it, has not been used, previously refunded or replaced<br />

b. that the person to whom the refund is made undertakes, in such form as may be prescribed by us, to<br />

repay to us the amount refunded in the event of fraud and/or to the extent that the lost Ticket or portion of<br />

it used<br />
