2 Tickets
2.1 General
We will provide carriage only to the passenger named in the Ticket; you may therefore be required to
produce appropriate identification any time (valid passport or identity card).
The Ticket is not transferable.
The Ticket remains our property.
Some Tickets are issued at a special Tariff and therefore can not be refunded neither as a whole nor in
parts. Therefore we recommend you to see for such case in taking out rescission insurance in order to
prevent from any eventual damage.
If for some reason (Force Majeure) you are not in grade to start off on your trip, we can only credit a not
refundable Ticket, if we impose a reasonable administration charge, and if the Ticket is completely
unused.
You will not be entitled for carriage on a flight if your Ticket is incomplete or if it has in any way been
altered other than by us or our Authorised Agent.
A Ticket is valuable and you should take all appropriate measures that it is neither damaged nor stolen.
In case of loss or damage of a Ticket issued by us or one of our Agents upon your request we will replace
such a Ticket, provided there is evidence, readily ascertainable at the time, that the ticket for the
agreement in question had duly been issued by us or one of our Agents. In such a case you shall sign an
agreement to reimburse us for any damage including administrative fees and up to the value of the
original Ticket. We or the issuing carrier charges a reasonable administration fee for this service.
2.2 Period of validity
Our Tickets bought at standard tariff are valid for transportation for one year from the date of issue or,
subject to the first travel occurring within one year from the date of issue, one year from the date of first
travel under the Ticket.
A Ticket bought at a tariff other than the standard tariff is valid for transportation only for the period as
quoted by the regulations of the air carrier or the transportation tariff or in the Ticket itself. If such
provision is missing, a Ticket bought at a tariff other than the standard tariff is valid as most long as a
Ticket bought at the standard tariff.
When you are prevented from travelling within the period of validity of the Ticket because at the time you
request reservations we are unable to confirm your booking, the validity of your Ticket will be extended
until such time as we are able to confirm an adequate seat for which the fare was paid, or you may be
entitled to a refund in accordance with Article 9.
