3 Fares, Tariffs, Taxes and Charges
3.1 Ticket prices and fares
Fares apply only for carriage from the departure airport to the destination airport, unless otherwise
expressly stated. Fares do not include ground transport between airports and town terminals. The fare will
be calculated in accordance with our Tariff in effect on the date of payment of your Ticket for travel on the
specified dates and itinerary. Should you change your itinerary or your dates of travel, this may therefore
impact the fare to be paid. (extra fare or refund).
3.2 Applicable taxes, fees and charges
Applicable taxes, fees and charges imposed by government, or other authority, or by airport operators
shall be payable by you. At the time you purchase your ticket, you will be advised of the taxes, fees and
charges not included in the fare, usually shown separately on the Ticket.
Applicable taxes, fees and charges underlie steady changes and can therefore be changed after the day
of issuance of the ticket.
In such cases we are allowed to charge this taxes, fees and charges before accession of the flight.
3.3 Currency
Ticket fares are to be paid in Euros unless there is another provision due to the Tariff. We may, at our
discretion, accept payment in another currency to an appropriate exchange rate.
4 Seat reservations
4.1 No seat reservation
We are not always able to honour reservation of any particular seat for you on board of the aircraft and
you agree to accept any seat assigned to you. We reserve the right to assign or reassign seats at any
time, even after boarding of the aircraft. This may be necessary for operational, safety- or security
reasons.
4.2 Reconfirmation of Reservations
Onward or return reservations may be required by Air Carriers. If you fail to reconfirm requirement, the Air
Carrier may cancel your onward or return reservations.
4.3 Ticket issuance
If you have not paid for the ticket prior to the specified time limit and have made no arrangements with us
or one of our Authorised Agents for payment of the Ticket, we may cancel your reservation.
4.4 Use of personal data
Please note that you have given us your personal data for the purposes of making a reservation for
transportation and confirming this reservation to you, providing additional services and facilitating
immigration and entry procedures. Moreover your data serve us for accountancy, settlement of accounts,
audit, checking of credit cards or other carts of payment, for safety or operational purposes as well as to
facilitate further administrative and/or legal transactions with you. For these purposes, you authorize us to
retain and use such data, if it is necessary to forward sending and to transmit it to our offices, Authorised
