In June and July 2009, the <strong>Bellmon</strong> Estimation Studies <strong>for</strong> Title II (BEST) team undertook an<br />
analysis aimed at generating recommendations <strong>for</strong> a <strong>Bellmon</strong> Determination to be made by<br />
<strong>USAID</strong>. The purpose <strong>of</strong> the analysis was to determine that the direct distribution and<br />
monetization <strong>of</strong> U.S. agricultural commodities provided <strong>for</strong> use in <strong>Burkina</strong> <strong>Faso</strong> during FY2010<br />
through Title II meet the criteria set <strong>for</strong>th in the <strong>Bellmon</strong> Amendment.<br />
