JNES/NUPEC provided the results of the Ultimate Strength tests shown in Table 2-1 as digitized acceleration, displacement, support load and strain time histories. Representative results are shown in Figure 2-31 to Figure 2-33. Horizontal seismic acceleration input motion for the US2 test is shown in Figure 2-31. Maximum piping response displacement time history is shown in Figure 2-32. As expected, the maximum strains were measured at the flanks of piping elbow 2. Hoop strain time history at this elbow for the US2 test is shown in Figure 2-33. 6
