European member of SmartHEALTH (30 partners in total) and Dr. Campitelli (MiniFAB) is<br />
a member of the Steering Committee. <strong>The</strong> first ever SmartHEALTH Public<br />
Open Day event was held during COMS<strong>2007</strong> with SmartHEALTH representation via 6 key<br />
oral presentations from members of the SmartHEALTH consortium (including UK, German<br />
and <strong>Australian</strong> companies) and a booth (part of STC-MiniFAB booth). At the booth<br />
SmartHEALTH material, including a new Public Flyer and microfluidic biosensor<br />
cartridges from partners IMM, microfluidics Chipshop and MiniFAB were all on display.<br />
Overall, the event was a great success for SmartHEALTH where significant international<br />
exposure was achieved.<br />
